Blackpool ’s annual summer air show has been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-pandemic. The free event, which attracts up to 100visitors, was due to be staged on the Tower Festival Headland over the weekend of August and 9.
Blackpool Air show this year is on Saturday 8th August and Sunday 9th August. About the show A free seaside airshow with afternoon displays of classic and modern aircraft over two days. The best views are from the promenade between the Central Pier and the Northern Victorian pier. It was the same year that French flyer Louis Bleriot made the first historic crossing of the English Channel.
Blackpool air display takes place over the famous Blackpool promenade between North and Central piers. The Great Promenade Show consists of ten pieces of artwork along Blackpool Promenade from South Pier heading south. No products in the basket.
